Dictionary Hill, Spring Valley

At Dictionary Hill in Spring Valley, we were honored to partner with the Gary Sinise Foundation for a wounded warrior project for Sergeant Michael Spivey and his family.

The backyard was mostly unusable due to steep hillsides and natural boulders. We removed rock and boulders, re-graded the site, and created multiple levels of functional outdoor living space.

The new design includes paver patios, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, landscaping, lighting, and turf, with plans for future wheelchair accessibility.

We worked with RCP on the wall and paver materials and costs for the foundation. This project turned a difficult hillside into a welcoming space for a deserving family.
