Using this website

This website is provided by Accurate Grading And Demolition, Inc. (Lic #988606) at 8614 Argent St, Suite A, Santee, CA 92071, for information about our grading, pavers, outdoor living, turf, and demolition work in San Diego County.

You agree not to misuse the site, submit junk or malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may refuse or ignore a request that looks like spam or abuse.

Estimates are not a contract

Filling out the estimate form, calling us, or receiving a written quote does not hire us and does not lock a price. A job starts only when both sides agree in writing — typically a signed proposal, contract, or work order.

Photos, project examples, and service descriptions on this site are representative. Every lot, soil condition, HOA rule, and city spec is different. The walk-through and written quote control.

We may decline work, recommend a different scope, or refer you elsewhere when a project is not a fit.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive a confirmation text from Havasu Web Studio, the messaging provider for Accurate Grading & Demolition, saying your estimate request was received. The shop follows up by phone or email. That text line is not a conversation: replies other than STOP and HELP are not delivered to the shop.

Consent is optional. It is not a condition of requesting an estimate, receiving a quote, or hiring us. Message frequency varies; up to 8 msgs/month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out; that takes effect promptly and you will not receive further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (619) 444-4401. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual property

The Accurate Grading & Demolition name, this website’s design, copy, photographs, and other original materials are owned by Accurate Grading And Demolition, Inc. or used with permission. You may view and share public pages in the ordinary course of evaluating our work. You may not copy or reuse substantial parts of the site as your own without written permission.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by Vercel. Estimate requests are stored in LeadStack, a CRM operated by Havasu Web Studio. Those services have their own terms and security practices. We are not responsible for the uptime or policies of third-party websites we link to (suppliers, certification bodies, review sites).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Accurate Grading And Demolition, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on public website content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including rights under a signed construction contract.
