Who we are

This website is operated by Accurate Grading And Demolition, Inc., a California state-licensed contractor (Lic #988606) at 8614 Argent St, Suite A, Santee, CA 92071.

This policy covers information collected through this website, including estimate requests, optional SMS opt-in, phone clicks, and basic technical data created when the site is hosted and delivered.

What we collect

If you request an estimate, we collect the information you type into the form: name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, and any project details you choose to include. We also keep first-touch campaign tags from that visit (such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs) in your browser for the session and send them with the request so we can tell whether you came from an ad, a search result, or a direct visit. Those tags are not required to submit.

If you check the SMS box, we also keep a record of that consent: the exact disclosure shown on the form, the date and time, the page you submitted from, and a technical address (IP) used to help prevent abuse. That consent is optional and is not required to request an estimate.

If you call us from the site, your phone carrier may share your number with us in the ordinary course of that call.

The site stores a light/dark appearance preference in your browser (local storage). That setting never leaves your device.

Our hosting provider may automatically receive standard request data such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the pages requested — the same kind of logs most websites generate in order to operate. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views, when someone starts or submits an estimate, taps on the shop phone and email, and how fast the site loads. Those tools are first-party to the host. They do not use advertising cookies.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, pages, when someone starts or submits an estimate, and taps on the shop phone, email, and directions. Visits that start from the Google Maps listing are counted separately from ordinary Google search. Google may set a cookie and receive your IP address, browser, and the page you opened. We use that to see how people find the site. We do not use it to advertise to you on other websites, and we do not run Google Tag Manager.

How we use it

Estimate information is used to contact you about your project by phone or email, walk the site, and prepare a quote. We may also use it to follow up, keep job records, and improve how we answer future requests.

If you opted in to texts, we use your number to send a confirmation that the estimate request was received. Follow-up about the job is by phone or email. We do not send marketing blasts or unrelated promotions just because you asked for a quote.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use estimate details to train public AI models.

Text messaging (SMS)

Checking the SMS box is how you give prior express written consent to receive a confirmation text from Havasu Web Studio, the company that builds this website and operates the CRM used to store leads and send messages, on behalf of Accurate Grading & Demolition. Frequency varies; up to 8 messages per month for a typical estimate. Message and data rates may apply. The shop does not read replies on that line. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we record that and stop. Reply HELP for help, or call (619) 444-4401. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information — your phone number, SMS consent, or opt-in data — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent that information.

You can still request an estimate, hire us, and receive phone or email follow-up if you leave the SMS box unchecked.

Who we share it with

We share information only when it is needed to run the business: hosting this website, storing estimate requests in our CRM, delivering email or text follow-up, and (if you hire us) the usual job-file, insurance, and billing records a contractor keeps.

This site is hosted on Vercel, which also processes Web Analytics and Speed Insights data. Google processes the Analytics data described above. Estimate submissions are stored in LeadStack, the CRM operated by Havasu Web Studio, so the shop can see the request, call you back, and — only if you opted in — send texts. Those providers process information in order to deliver those services, not to sell it.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our crew or customers, or as part of a business transfer.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Estimate requests are posted to the CRM over HTTPS. We do not collect payment-card numbers, account passwords, or Social Security numbers on this website.

We keep estimate and job records only as long as we reasonably need them to respond to you, perform work, meet licensing and insurance obligations, and keep ordinary business files. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept as long as needed to prove what you agreed to and to honor a STOP request.

No website or phone line is perfectly secure. We use safeguards that are reasonable for a local contractor of our size, and we will tell you if we become aware of a breach that affects your information.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the estimate information you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for a job, legal, insurance, or accounting reason.

California residents can make those same requests. We do not sell personal information as that term is used in California law, and this site does not run advertising pixels or sell-side data brokers.

You can usually clear local storage and control cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may reset the light/dark preference and will not stop the site from working.

Children

This website is meant for property owners and adult decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Updates

We may change this policy as the site or the law changes. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the date it was last updated.
